Qualifying Criteria |
|

Only those Agencies who meet the
following criteria would be eligible
to participate in the Tender.
Should have done at least two
Interior works each of Rs. 20 lakhs
or one work of Rs. 35 lakhs
Should have Min. turn over of Rs. 40
lakhs per annum in the last thee

The Bids are invited in two
envelopes system
The first envelope: “Technical
Bid” should contain the following
credentials
Organizational structures of the
firm, names of Partners / Directors
including Bio-data of Technical
staff
Registration details with Central &
State PWD, M. E. S., Railway and
other Public sector undertakings
Turnover Certificate from Chartered
Accountant
Attested photocopy of the latest
Income Tax clearance certificate
Details of works completed along
with the names of the clients during
the last five years
The second envelope: “Financial
Bid” will contain the Price Bid.

The bid shall be evaluated keeping
in view all the quoted rates, merits
and terms and conditions of the
tender documents and accordingly the
competent authority may award work
to the lowest bidder. However, it
will not be binding on ATDC to award
the work to the lowest bidder and in
this regard it will not entertain
any correspondence or claim. |

ATDC reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all tenders in part or
in toto without assigning any
reason. |
