Hong Kong sourcing expert Li & Fung is to offer a proposed issue of notes to professional and institutional investors.
The notes will be denominated in US dollars, but there will be no public offering of the Issue in Hong Kong.
Li & Fung says it intends to raise funding through the proposed issue mainly for business development and acquisitions.
On completion, the notes will be listed and traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
